General practitioner care has changed considerably in the last 20 years. While it became increasingly easier for working people to work (partly) from home, GPs are increasingly working remotely from 'home'. The GP often no longer lives in the district/city where he/she works. GPs come and go and often continuity cannot be guaranteed. Yet (almost) every person wants to be able to consult a doctor as soon as possible if he/she is not feeling well. Due to my extensive experience in different types of practices, I can lend a helping hand to guarantee this continuity for your patients.
